we need to go in canyone for 10 minute walking then we will find nice waterfall,  you can sweam by fresh water from rinjani don’t forget to prepare sweamsuit and flip-flop 

Get fresh and rylex continue walk back in rice field to find small village for coffee break to see coffee ,cocoa,nutmeg,clove ,vanilla,chili and the most everything the people grow around their land everything is fresh from the garden

25 minute to stay in coffee break we continue walking again to ricefiled for 45 minute to monkey forest the national park of rinjani the forest is 800m high from the sea level 

In this forest we have black monkey  are wild monkey long tile and this monkey are not agresive so dont worry about your things,black monkey love on high trees they dont really want on the ground

Stay in forest for 25 minute to enjoye the forest and the black monkey then continue to make coconut oil in village with local people they use fresh old coconut they open layers by machete working by hand. They make milk when they get coconut milk, after for 30 minute cooking  fresh coconut oil will in bottle,  you can take it for your souvenir because it,s good for the skin and hair
